Blueprint Portal

If you don't have a Blueprint Portal account

Setting up your Blueprint Portal account is easy. To get started:

Go to blueprintportal.com
Click the Register button
Enter the following information:
1. Your plan member ID number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, or your Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) number (this can be found on your red, white, and blue Medicare card)
2. Your first, middle, and last name (your middle name isn't required)
3. Your date of birth
4. Answer the question by clicking the correct response
Click the Continue button

You'll need to create a password. Be sure to meet the security requirements listed below the creation field.

Keep this password to yourself, or share it with a trusted family member or friend.

If you forget your password, follow the steps on the Blueprint Portal page to create a new one.

You're all set!

Save the Blueprint Portal homepage to your favorites. You can do this in your web browser.
